Care Instructions
Your piece is lightly conditioned with natural waxes but may need additional care every few months.
Gently wipe dirt from the surface using a soft cloth or horsehair brush.
Apply a quality leather conditioner (such as Saphir Renovateur) and massage it into the leather.
Allow to dry, then buff with a clean cloth or horsehair brush.
Some leathers may require a conditioner specific to that material.
Natural scratches and markings are part of regular use and add character. If scratches cause severe discoloration, apply a color-matched cream polish, allow to dry, then buff. For re-crafting, repairs, or restoration questions, please use the Contact Us page.
Warranty
Traditional pieces: 6-month non-transferable warranty
Artisan pieces: 3-year transferable warranty covering basic wear
Legacy pieces: Transferable lifetime warranty covering basic wear
Legacy pieces may be repaired for an additional charge depending on the extent of damage.
Refund Policy
